Hello Everypony How's everypony doing ^^

Well actually i have been doing some researcher about you why you feel depressed or sad sometimes well actually I'm writing this Journal because to tell you what's the consequences and they are

Negative Energy
Well actually since you guys think negative sometimes and worrying to your self or even getting angry because you are letting their Negative energy to control you i still remember when i acted Negative and very depressed here and wanted to commit suicide and all my friends went sad and scared saying don't do that please you have friends like us i didn't had any hope when the Good side of me appeared and said to me

ISMAR STOP IT!Would you like to loose friends and make the sad if you commit suicide and other Nasty things?

I replied with NO i don't want so i stepped forward and started to walk to the light and start to think positive and that's how i defeat depression ^^

Worrying
That also causes to feel sad like thinking that I'm angry at you guys  but that's not true I'm a very calm person and sometimes being very quiet
I'm always here for you guys

Anger
Anger is also causing Negative energy i saw many of my friends raging in TF2 because of the anger i gotta say is that sometimes i get rage quitted too but i manage to keep calm my self ^-^ hehe yep
So just ignore those bad peoples my friends and you will success like me ^^

Depression
As i said that The Depression is worst too so my friends but try to not listen to bad peoples and ignore negative energy and try think positive

Negative Images
Well Negative Images causes also bad energy to make you depressed so always try to make positive image so it will make you Happy
